Letter saying I owe property taxes in Texas

I got a letter in the mail from MVBA, PC. It says Notice of Intent to file Tax foreclosure lawsuit. Claims I'm delinquent on property taxes and I need to pay $6402.07 by 9/26 which is 30 days or the amount goes up every month. If I don't pay they'll file a lawsuit.

The thing is I don't own any property in Texas. Never have. The name on it is my last name but it's not anyone related to me. Seems like they're hoping someone less skeptical will just pay it.

I looked online and found other reviews about this, looks like a common scam attempt. The letter has a phone number (512) 353-3755 and a PO Box in San Marcos, TX 78667.
