Phone call saying I would be served for a loan I never took

I got a call from (308) 260-2007. The guy said I was going to be served for court because I owed "My Cash Now". I told him I never took out a loan with them. He kept going on about it anyway.

I never borrowed anything from My Cash Now. So I don't know where this is coming from. He didn't give me any proof or anything, just said I was being served.

I tried to tell him he had the wrong person but it didn't seem to matter. I don't owe anyone named My Cash Now and I want them to stop calling me.

Phone call saying I owe money from 2016

I got a call from (866) 676-1303 saying I owe them money through MY cash now back in 2016. They said they were taking me to court over it.

I never took a loan from them in the first place. I don't know where this is coming from. They claim I owe $120 but I never had anything to do with this company.

Now they're threatening to take me to court over something I didn't even do.
