Order confirmation came from OdooBot instead of the store

I bought what I thought was fine jewelry from a Kay's jewelery outlet. When the confirmation came through it was from OdooBot, whatever that is, and it said My Jewelry Care was the source of the purchase. Right away I knew something was off so I tried to cancel and was told it was too late.

For days I tried to get a response from anyone and got nothing. The items showed up and they were obvious fakes.

As of today, September 15th, I still haven't been able to get my money back. Lesson learned the hard way.
