Called NY State of Health but got someone named Jimmy instead
A guy answered and said his name was Jimmy. I asked if he was with NY State of Health and he said yes. He told me my premium payment from 8/1/26 got kicked back because my application was missing info. Then he started asking me health questions and wanted a credit card payment. I paid and he said I was all set and would get a confirmation email.
When I checked my email, it was from "My plan assistance .com" not NY State of Health. And I couldn't log into any website with the username and password they gave me. I lost $760.95.
