Ordered hosta bulbs from My Seed Garden and only got 2

I ordered 24 "hosta" bulbs from My Seed Garden. I thought it looked suspicious because hostas don't even produce bulbs, but I did it anyway. So far I've only received 2 bulbs. There was no identification on them and no return address either.

The only bulbs I've ever ordered were from My Seed Garden, so these 2 probably came from them. I tried the chat box and it doesn't help at all. The phone is always busy. When I email, I just get an automated reply back.

I'm out $148.91 and still waiting on the rest of my order.
