Ticket link from someone on Twitter turned out fake

I reached out to someone on Twitter about a concert ticket. They sent me a screen recording and some info that looked legit, so I sent them the money. After that they gave me a ticket link that went to a fake website with a fake ticket.

The site was my-ticketshield.com and the email on it was [email protected]. The phone number they used was (561) 317-7783. I lost $300 on this.

I just wanted to go to the concert. Now I'm out the money and the ticket was never real.
