Signed up for debt program that never helped me
I signed up on Jun 26, 2026. I made my July payment and my August payment but I didnt even get a welcome call until Aug 5th. That seemed weird to me. I called them a bunch of times about how they misrepresented things but they never would talk about what I was asking. I think they try to tell my creditors that the creditors misrepresented themselves so they have to pay back the money I gave them? I dont know.
Anyway when I cancelled I asked for a refund or at least a partial refund for one month and they said no. They didnt do anything to help my credit and they never kept me informed about anything. I paid them $1544.64 total and got nothing out of it.
