Charged for monthly magazine I never agreed to

I ordered something from this website and about a month later I get an email saying I “agreed” to their monthly email magazine for $8.90 a month. They went ahead and charged me for the first month. I didn't agree to any magazine. I never signed up for that.

I emailed them and asked them to cancel it, which they did, but they said they wouldn't give me my $8.90 back. So they keep the money. If they do this to everyone who orders something, they are making a ton of money for nothing. The website is myelveria.com and their address is on Ulmerton Rd in Largo, FL. Just want people to know.
