Ordered a DNA kit and got charged for a subscription I didn't sign up for

I ordered a DNA kit from MyHeritageDNA.com for $19.00. There was a subscription box that was already checked and I didn't know about it. Next thing I know I'm being charged way more than the kit price. Total ended up being $149.00.

When I contacted them about it they only offered to give me half my money back. Half. For something I never agreed to in the first place. The subscription was prechecked when I ordered, I never clicked it myself.

I just want my full money back. This whole thing feels like a trap to get people signed up for something they didn't ask for.
