Paid a dollar then got charged for a subscription I never agreed to
I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no one ever writes back. I can’t find a phone number anywhere. Their website is MyIQ.com and the phone number I have is (770) 329-6715 but I’m not even sure that’s theirs. Just feels like they took my money and disappeared.
Charged way more than promised for an IQ test
I've lost a total of $29.99 because of this. The whole thing feels like a trick. They said it was 99 cents and now it's thirty dollars. I just wanted the test I paid for, not all these extra charges that keep coming.
They keep charging me monthly without permission and won't refund
