Insurance plan that didn’t cover a single thing we needed
Then I got diagnosed with cancer and needed a mammogram. They wouldn’t cover that either. I had to pay for it all myself. When you call them, every single person says they are third party and can’t help with whatever you’re calling about. You can’t even get the right person to cancel your subscription.
Not one person was helpful. They had no problem taking our money, and no problem not helping. They completely screwed us over. Their website is mymemberbenefit.com and they’re at PO Box 21176, Saint Paul, MN. Phone number is (732) 876-9733. I paid them $1,900 total and got nothing for it.
