My mom with dementia got signed up for a subscription she never approved
I called to dispute the charges and they will only refund 30%. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he said he could ask him to call me back within a 24-48 hour period.
This is in addition to a second scam involving puppy pads from Team Puppy Pad. Their websites are identical and the scam is the same. But when I reached out to their team they agreed to refund the charges. This kind of scam on the elderly is criminal.
