Website selling mystery boxes never sent tracking

I ordered from www.mysterychick.com. They advertise mystery boxes of packages that got lost in the mail and were never claimed. I paid $250.

After I placed my order I got a confirmation number but no tracking info ever came. I tried reaching out for updates and got no reply at all.

The email is [email protected]. Just a fake confirmation number and nothing else.
