Return mail box from mysterychick was all AliExpress junk
After 2 weeks I decided to cancel my order after reading reviews saying that everyone was getting junk except for the creators. After almost a month I finally got the box. I recorded opening it because of the reviews.
Everything I received was from AliExpress and some of the things were broken. All the packages and boxes inside were excessively taped and had fake labels. This is a scam. This company needs to be shut down. This is horrible.
Paid for a MysteryChick box and never got it
When I tried tracking it with FedEx, I saw MysteryChick had my address changed to a different city and zip code. So FedEx couldn't find me and the box got sent back to them. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge since I never got anything, but they couldn't refund me because of MysteryChick's no refunds policy. I kept trying to tell them it was their mistake but their customer service seems totally automated and nobody responds.
