Paid for a quiz then saw two charges later
Two months went by and I noticed two charges on my credit card. I contacted the company to ask for a refund. They told me the terms were made clear to me in an email. I never got any email from them. I asked them to send me a copy of these terms or prove that the email was sent and they refused.
After going back and forth with the customer service agent they finally refunded one of the two charges but not the other one.
