Brush bought with 90 day guarantee and no return help

I ordered from their site, https://mytryaeki.com/, because they promised a 90 day return guarantee. I followed every single return instruction they listed. It said all returns go through customer service at [email protected] or [email protected]. You have to get a "Return Authorization" number from them first.

My first try to contact them was on 7/1/26. I tried again 7 more times after that. Not one single response. I finally gave up on 7/27/26. The company is in CA, USA but that doesn't matter if they won't answer.

I lost $33.93. I know that's not a huge amount but it's the principle. I'm mostly mad at myself for falling for this. Do your homework before buying from them. Also this brush is not for your face at all. It's way too stiff and hard. It works better on my heels and elbows honestly.
