Vanilla gift card had wrong card inside packaging

I bought a vanilla gift card and when I opened it up there was a different card inside the packaging. The amount I paid was not loaded on the card I bought. This was $50.

I tried reaching out to the email [email protected] and the phone number (407) 404-9666 from Kissimmee, FL but nothing. The card was just empty and had someone else's card in there instead of mine.

I just want my money back for the card I bought. It's not right that the packaging had a different card inside.
