Ordered online from Nanahardware and nobody answers

I bought something from Nanahardware.com and paid $495. After that I tried calling and emailing them and nobody ever got back to me. Can't find any real info on this company anywhere.

I filed a claim with my bank and I'm still waiting to hear back. The site says they're in CA but I honestly don't know if that's even true. Just want my money back at this point.
