Ordered wool but got polyester instead

I ordered items that were described as wool. When I got them they were polyester. I reached out to customer service within one day of receiving them asking for a shipping label to return the items and a full refund. Their policy says 30 day return and refund.

At first they responded to my emails but they kept ignoring my request for a full refund. They just kept offering me 30-40% back. When I sent screenshots of their own return and refund policy a second time, they completely stopped responding.
