Nanocpap anti-snoring device refund denied after 30 days
They told me I was beyond the thirty day window. But the advertisement says to use it for 30 days and if it doesn't work you can get your money back. That's exactly what I did. It never says you only have 30 days to ask for the refund. It says you ask for your money back after you've tried it for thirty days.
I picked it up after it arrived at my dropbox and used it the whole time. I did what the ad told me to do. Now they won't give me my refund.
