Text message hiring me on the spot with no interview

I applied for a Direct Support provider job on Indeed with a company called NAO 23 Inc. Then I got a text from someone saying they were the director and they wanted to hire me right away. No interview, no phone call, nothing.

I looked into them and there is no employer identification number. They are not registered with Ecautious.com or the IRS either. That is a big red flag to me. This company does not seem legit or maybe they are operating illegally.

The address shows Jacksonville, FL. I did not lose any money but this whole thing felt wrong.
