Facebook ad for Project Cloud shoes never showed up

I clicked on an ad on Facebook for Project Cloud shoes. Ordered 2 pairs and then 2 more small items so I could get the free shipping. They gave me a tracking number and everything. Then it said delivered but nothing ever showed up at my door. I emailed them about it and asked what delivery service they used but they couldn't even tell me that. The customer service email was [email protected].

They said they would send a new shipment. Same exact thing happened again. Tracking said delivered, no package. I asked for my money back and that's when they stopped answering me. I'm out 34.96 dollars and got nothing for it.
