Call about tax balance and resolution options

I got this voicemail from someone named Nate Santos saying they were following up on my tax matter. The message said interest may keep adding up on unpaid tax balances and I should review my situation sooner rather than later. They wanted me to press two or call them back at 877-578-3695.

They said they needed to verify some details before explaining what options I might have. Something about there being resolution options that could help reduce or resolve part of my outstanding balance. But I never asked for any review and I don't know who this guy is. The whole thing just felt off so I didn't call back.
