Voicemail saying I was approved for 50,000

I got a call from (833) 333-7511 but I didn't answer it. They left a voicemail. It was a woman saying her name was Susan from National Advisory Ctr and that I was approved for 50,000.

I didn't call back. I figured it was a scam. I don't know what the 50,000 is even for, nobody explained anything. Just a random voicemail saying I'm approved.
