Call about a complaint filed against my social
She gave the number 844-305-2174 and repeated it twice. Said I needed to call today or have my legal rep call. I don't even know what this is about. No info on what the complaint actually is.
I didn't call back. Something felt off about the whole thing.
Voicemail saying a complaint was filed against me
The message was just so weird. She didn't leave any account number or actual details about what the complaint was about. Just "call me today or else" and then "Good luck!" at the end. It's obviously a phishing thing. The whole tone of it is off, and I hope nobody actually falls for this. I'm not calling that number back.
Call saying a complaint was filed against me
I didn't recognize the company or know what complaint she meant. She didn't leave any details, just said to call back today or have my legal representative call. I haven't called them back because something felt off. I have no idea what this is about and I'm not sure if it's real or a scam. Just wanted to report it.
Voice mail about a debt complaint with no details
I didn't call back because it didn't make sense. No mention of what the complaint actually was or who it was for. Just a vague message saying I need to contact them today. Felt strange, especially since they said "good luck" at the end like it was some kind of warning. I don't owe anything that I know of.
Voicemail claiming a complaint filed against me or my social
The whole thing felt off. No company name on the caller ID, just the number (408) 380-2458. And the way she said "good luck" at the end was weird. I didn't call back.
Voicemail saying complaint filed against my social security number
I didn't call back because it felt off. No company name on anything official, just a phone number. I haven't lost any money but it was weird getting that message out of nowhere.
Voicemail about a civil complaint with no company info
She said I need to call back immediately at (833) 795-5753, or have my legal representative call. She didn’t give any details about the complaint or what it’s for. No company name on the caller ID either. Just sounded weird and pushy.
I haven’t lost any money but it felt off. No proof of anything. Just a message saying to call or else.
Voicemail about a debt case with no company name at first
Then they gave a phone number for National Asset Management, 833-795-5753, and an extension 112. Also a case number 23257354. They said this was their final attempt to call me and that they could deliver papers to my human resources department. Then they said press one to speak to a case manager and ended with "good luck." It felt really strange and threatening, like a debt collection thing but I don't even know what it's about.
Phone call saying I’m being filed with no company name at first
He said this was his final attempt to notify me by phone and that they had a legal right to deliver docs in person. Then he said to press one for human resources to speak to a case manager. Then he said “good luck” and hung up.
I didn’t lose any money but it felt weird. No real company name at first, just that “Locator Parks” thing. No idea what this is about.
Voicemail from Stacy Barber about National Asset Management
I didn't call back or do anything. Just wanted to report it so people know. The number she left was 1(775) 313-6666. I'm not sure what they wanted but I'm not falling for it.
Voicemail saying they will deliver papers to my HR department
It didn’t make sense. They said I could press one to talk to a case manager, but it was a voicemail, not a live call. I don’t even know what this is about. No company name on the message except that number. I haven’t lost any money yet but it felt really strange.
Phone call about a civil complaint with no proof
It said "Hi, this is Stacy Barber calling from National Asset Management in regards to a civil complaint that has been filed against either you, your social or someone associated with this phone number. I need an immediate call back from either you or your legal representative today at telephone number 833-795-5753 again that telephone number is 833-795-5753. Good luck."
No company name on the caller ID or anything. They didn't give any proof or say what the complaint was about. Just that I had to call back.
Voicemail at work saying a civil complaint was filed against me
I never heard of this company before. I don't know what they are talking about. I didn't call the number back because it felt off. The whole thing seems like a phishing scam to me.
Voicemail from Stacy Barber about a debt I don’t recognize
I’ve never heard of this company. I don’t know what debt they’re talking about. The voicemail didn’t say anything specific, just that I needed to call back.
I didn’t call the number. I don’t trust it. No proof was given or anything.
Voicemail from Stacy Barber about a debt I don’t recognize
I don’t know what this is about. I haven’t gotten any letters or proof. The voicemail just said to call that number. When I looked up the area code it shows zip codes 74003, 74006, and 74005 for Bartlesville. No company name on the caller ID besides National Asset Management.
Feels like a debt collection thing but I’m not sure. I didn’t lose any money but it was strange.
Voicemail about a civil complaint with no real company
The number that showed up was 682-232-4095 from Arlington, TX, but the callback number was different. Looked it up online and it's clearly a scam. I just deleted it and reported it as spam through my iPhone. Didn't lose any money but it was a weird call.
Voicemail about a civil complaint with no proof
No company name on the caller ID or anything. Just that number (918) 221-3342. Didn't leave any details about what the complaint was or any proof. Just said "good luck" at the end. Felt weird.
Didn't call back. No money lost but still not sure what that was about.
Calls saying my file is going to pretrial division
They gave me a case number but I don't even know what this is about. They said if I don't return their call the file would be processed. I haven't lost any money but this is getting really annoying getting calls all the time. They are in GA, USA.
Fake fax about a complaint and case number from debt collectors
It says I have the legal right to be transferred to a case manager by pressing one, and that I’ve been officially notified. Then it just says “Good luck.” Didn’t ask for anything, but it felt off. No idea what this is about.
Getting daily calls from a fake debt collector about a case
This same message gets left once a day, or every other day. It's been happening for a whole week now. They are just phishing for information. If you actually owed a debt, you'd get something official in writing. If you ask them to mail or fax you proof, they'll say they already did it and won't do it again. They'll quote addresses at you that anyone can find online.
Do not discuss anything personal with them. Don't fall for it. You have a right to get written proof of any debt, and they have to share it with you in a presentable way.
