Ad said I qualified to write off my debts then nothing

I was on my phone just scrolling and this ad came up from National Economy Relief. It asked me a few questions about if I was in debt with credit cards and I said yes. I put down 25,000 or more. Then it said congratulations I qualify. It was only four quick questions and it said it takes about 45 seconds.

So I qualified and then they transferred me. The man said you have the wrong number we don't do that here. I called back and got a recording and never got to speak to anybody. I have everything on my phone, I took pictures of it. The ad said I qualify to write off my debts and they will pay them off completely and there's no payback.

I feel like I have been scammed because I could not talk to anyone after that.
