Voicemail saying they will come take pictures of my ID

I just got a voicemail from someone claiming to be from National state process servers or something that sounded like that. They said they were coming by tomorrow to see me and take pictures of my identification and all my info. Then the call just cut off on my voicemail.

I don't know who this person is or what this is about. I've never heard of this company before. The phone number was (833) 793-4493. I didn't call them back or give them anything. Just weird that they would leave a message like that saying they're coming to my house.
