Keychain set never arrived and no refund from Navardo
Well, that tracking number never worked no matter how many times I checked it. They kept telling me to check it again, and also to call the US post office. I did call them a few times, and they said no such package was in their system. When I said I was going to report them to the BBB, they claimed they sent a replacement. Then when I said I was filing a complaint on Ecautious.com, they said they would refund me the full amount right away. Still nothing. No item, no refund.
