Ordered online and never got my merchandise

I ordered some stuff online and paid for it. The total came to like $39.95. The email I used was [email protected] and the phone number that was tied to it was (817) 233-3762.

I never got the item. Just nothing showed up. I tried reaching out but it's been radio silence. I don't know what else to do about it.

It's just frustrating because I paid my money and got nothing in return.
