Website says 30 day money back but I have to ship to China

I ordered from neckline and they said there was a 30 day money back guarantee. But when I tried to return it they told me I have to mail it back to China. That was not clear anywhere when I bought it.

Now they are sending another one that I did not order. I don't want it. I just want my money back. I lost $119 on this. I tried emailing [email protected] and it's not helping.
