Neck massager only vibrates and no refund after many emails
When I got the device all it does is vibrate. That is it. It feels super cheap and honestly the whole thing is deceptive. I emailed them about it and they said they would give me a 50% refund. That was like 10 emails ago. We keep going back and forth and nothing has happened. No refund, no nothing.
I don't get why they keep responding to my emails if they are never going to actually give the money back. This company is very dishonest. I just want to warn other people so they don't make the same mistake I did and buy from them.
