Ordered dresses and got cheap poorly made items from China

I ordered from nelsonandparker.com and it is a total scam. Their website says you can return items within 30 days. So I get the package and it ships from China. The dresses look like a child sewed them. The fabric is so cheap and see-through, and the stitching is already fraying.

When I tried to return them they gave me two options. Option one they give me back 10% and I keep the junk. Option two I can ship it back to China myself. Their website and support email told me it would be about $30 to ship back. I went to UPS and the quote was over $250. So basically I am stuck with these horrible clothes. I lost $135. Complete scam.
