Pills for neuropathy did nothing and made things worse

I bought three bottles of their pills to help with my neuropathy pain. The whole point was to ease the pain, but they didn't make an iota of difference. In fact, it got worse because I stopped taking my regular medication. I figured this would work and I didn't need both.

I emailed them at [email protected] and they offered me a 50% refund. I didn't accept that because I spent $220 and change on this. That's not fair.

I just want my money back. Please help me resolve this issue.
