Order from late August never showed up and tracking changed

I ordered from nestoly.com back in late August. I checked the tracking several times a week. It took 2 weeks or more just to leave China. Then it said it was in Houston Tx and it stayed there.

When I sent an email asking about it, they changed the tracking info to say I got it by mail Sept 12th. That was fabricated. Because until I questioned it, it only said Houston. Then they lied and said they delivered it. They did not.

You can see by their email dated Sept 14th, two days later than their supposed delivery. They lied about everything. I lost $35 on this.

Ordered cat pillows but got a metal connector instead

I ordered Cat Pillows from Nestoly. After about a month I got a text notice saying it was delivered to my mailbox. So I go check and what I found was a metal connector of some sort. It was sent by someone named Keevn Varezay. I paid $17.94 for this. Their address is on Duffy Ave in Hicksville NY. I have no idea what this metal thing is or why they sent it.
