Subscription kept charging after they said it was canceled

I ordered something from neuropoise.com and they signed me up for a subscription without me really knowing. Next month they took money out again so I asked them to cancel it. They told me it was canceled, no problem.

But I've been charged 4 times since then. I keep emailing [email protected] and all I get back is the same generic reply every time. Their website says you can cancel through the subscription portal but that portal doesn't even exist. I've lost about $140 total on this.

Order turned into recurring charges I never asked for

I ordered from neuropoise one time and that was it. Just one order. But then more product showed up at my door and they charged my card again. The second charge was way higher than the first one too. Like a dramatic increase in price.

I had no idea more product was coming. Nobody told me this was a subscription or anything like that. I thought I was buying one thing one time. Now I'm out almost ninety bucks and I've got product I didn't even want. This doesn't feel right at all.
