Monthly charges keep coming after I tried to cancel
Ive been charged 300 dollars total and every time I try to stop the monthly billing I get the same copied email back from someone named Jordan. It says thanks for reaching out and that my message is with the billing team and a person is reviewing it. They can see my order and this email address. Then it says they are not going to guess at an answer and that I dont need to send anything else right now.
I keep replying and asking them to just cancel it but nothing changes. The charges just keep coming. It makes the actual product look bad because this whole thing feels like a scam. I never agreed to this kind of billing setup.
