Standing desk order turned into a pencil eraser in my mailbox

I ordered a standing desk and some accessories from Nexalift online. Order #1009. Got a notice saying it was shipping and would arrive today. They gave me a USPS tracking number. Then I got a notice it was delivered. I looked around my house and didn't see anything. Checked the mailbox and there was a small package. It was addressed to someone else, Anthony Miler. I didn't notice that until after I opened it. Inside was a small pencil eraser. I checked the tracking number and it matches my "desk" delivery.

I reported this to the company several times and never heard back from anyone. I submitted a dispute with my bank and they are issuing me a credit.

Today I see someone else left a review on their website saying basically the same thing happened to them.
