Final notice letter about business registration with QR code

I got this Final notice in the mail about filing my annual registration for my small business. It said I needed to do it by a certain date to stay active and compliant with the state. The letter gave me a few ways to pay, like scanning a QR code or going to www.nextstepfilingsnj.com, or even mailing a check for $175.00.

They also included a coupon code if I filed online before a certain time. It looked pretty official, I'll be honest. But something felt off about it. I wasn't sure if this was really from the state or not. I didn't end up paying anything but I wanted to report it. The address on it was 1077 North Ave #6117 in Betsytown, NJ and there was an email too, [email protected]. Just seemed strange.
