Ordered a glucose monitor but got an oximeter instead
I sent them pictures of my order and pictures of what they actually sent me. They still denied it was the wrong product. When I asked for a refund they wouldn't give me one. Instead they wanted me to buy more things at a discounted rate. I just wanted the correct product or my money back. I never got either one.
It's just a scam. They advertise one thing and send something cheaper. They never admitted what they did. Do not trust this company.
Bought an InStyler from nikinewyork.com and it was a fake
I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no one ever got back to me. The whole thing feels like a scam. I'm just out the money and stuck with a fake.
Rat Fink toy not what was pictured on website
I emailed them three times trying to send it back for a refund. The first two times they just offered me discounts on other stuff instead. The third time they finally gave me an address to send it back to, but it was in China. Shipping would have cost me $30 which is almost what I paid for the item, $42.98.
After all that I noticed they took the item completely off their website. So now I'm stuck with this thing I didn't even want.
