Paid $99 for ninjajump.ai and there is no way to set up an account

I paid $99.00 to this company ninjajump.ai. It's supposed to help with marketing but there is no way to set up an account at all. Instead it just keeps trying to charge me over and over again.

The only way to contact them is to submit a ticket. I did that and got one reply and that's it. Nothing after that.

I asked for a refund because it doesn't work. They are obviously taking money and keeping themselves impossible to reach.
