Jacket too small and no return credit after months
They finally said I had to ship it back to China on my own dime. It took about 6 weeks to clear customs over there. I sent them emails asking if my refund would go through now that they had it back, but they kept saying it hadn't arrived to them yet.
After 2 months of waiting, I asked again and they just sent me some form email asking me to explain the whole situation again like they had no idea what was going on. Their website says 30 day returns for any reason, but that's clearly a lie. They list a New York address and a Texas phone number but the package went to China. I'm out $90 and the jacket.
