BEWARE OF NIVARENA NEW YORK

My experience with Nivarena New York is a negative. I placed an order for a pair of their orthopedic shoes 8/27/26 and paid the extra money for the insurance. I received an order confirmation 8/28/26 and tracking information stating the shoes were delivered 9/10/26, but did not receive the shoes. PO Tracking stated they were delivered on 9/10/26. I have several other packages delivered via US mail but nothing from Nivarena. The postman thought he may have delivered them on my porch, but my Ring camera does not show a package delivered on the porch. My Informed Delivery did not initially show this package was to be delivered. When I asked the PO to follow-up, they actually have no record of delivery of the shoes. PO followed up with neighbors, etc, and told me to file lost/stolen mail which I did and supplied the information to Nivarena who stated they would either replace the shoes or issue a refund. However as mentioned in other reviews, that has been a lie. They continue to say the shoes were delivered 9/10/26 at 1:57pm even though I supplied the PO Claim information. Shoes were $34 plus $5 for insurance. Although, I did not incur a large money loss, I feel they scammed me. It has been over a month from the order date, approximately a month from the "delivery" date and still no resolution. When completing the USPS Claim form, this is what I discovered: Nivarena is not located in NEW YORK. Their phone number does NOT work, stays busy. They have an automatic response when you e-mail them. I would advise those who plan to order from them to read their other reviews and NOT to order from them.

Returned a too-small item and never got my money back

I ordered something from this website and it came way too small. Their site says full refund if you return within 30 days. So I tried to do that. But they came back saying they'd only give me 30% back. I said no, it's too small, that's not my fault.

I sent it back with USPS and it cost me $35. It took like 2 months for it to get through China customs. After that, they just stopped answering. It's been over 10 weeks now and no refund. They were responsive at first, but once the package cleared customs, nothing. I don't know what else to do.
