Bag seller on Facebook won't give me a straight answer

I found this company on Facebook and they were selling this bag I really wanted. They don't have a phone number and no address anywhere. Now they took their ad off Facebook too. The only way I can reach them is through email and they just keep giving me the same runaround every time I write.

I paid $46.98 for this and I still don't have anything to show for it. I know they're not the only ones doing this either because I've seen other ads for the same exact bag from different sellers. Someone needs to stop this company from doing this to people.
