Package with two small spongy rollers and no company name

I just got a package in the mail today and it had two little spongy roller things in it. They are about 3 inches wide and maybe 2 inches thick, kind of cylinder shaped. No note, no receipt, no company name anywhere on the box.

I didn't order anything like this. I don't even know what these are supposed to be for. It's weird. I looked at the return address and it says 12510 W. Airport Blvd in Sugar Land, TX but that doesn't help me at all.

I'm out $190 because of this. I don't know how they got my information or why they sent this. I just want people to know this is happening.
