Facebook ad glasses that don't work and came from nowhere

I bought two pairs of those glasses from a Facebook ad, the ones that claim to adjust distance and block blue light. They cost me $78 total. When they showed up, the postmark said Jamaica NJ 11431, but there's another label underneath that one that I can't make out. The address on the site is 841 Fairmount Ave, Betsytown, NJ 07201.

Anyway, the glasses don't do any of what the ad said. They don't adjust distance, they don't block blue light, and they look nothing like the pictures. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The phone number on the site is (901) 414-8720, I called a couple times, nobody picks up. Just a waste of money.
