Five $49 charges I don't remember signing up for

I keep seeing a $49.00 charge on my card every month and it's been five months now. That's $245 total. I don't remember ordering anything from this company that would have a recurring charge like that.

I don't know how they got my card info or why this keeps happening. I never signed up for a subscription or anything that costs $49 a month. I just want it to stop and get my money back but I don't even know who to contact about it.
