Noom app seats redeemed but no $50 gift card

I redeemed 200,000 seats through the Noom app on September 14 and I never got my $50 gift card. When I called them they just sent me terms and conditions. I redeemed before for a $20 gift card and they sent me that one, but the $50 is not working. Nowhere in that app said you can't redeem 200,000 seats. I worked so hard for that and I need my $50 gift card.
