Ordered something in June and it never showed up

I placed an order on June 26th and paid about $40. Never got anything in the mail. So I contacted their support online on August 2nd and they told me it was delivered on July 8th and to go ask the post office about it.

The post office said there was never any delivery from that company to my mailbox. I don't know what else to do. They have my money and I have nothing to show for it. Their address is 11 Crenshaw Ct, Middletown, DE 19709.

Ordered something and never got it, emails bounce back

I ordered something from this website nora vienta at the beginning of July 2026. Paid 34 dollars. Didn't hear anything from them at all until July 18 when I still had no update. Then on July 27 I got an email saying my item was delivered. But it wasn't. I never got anything.

Tried to email them to ask about it and the message just comes back undeliverable. So basically no way to contact them at all. I'm just out the 34 bucks and no product.
