Ordered oil but package went to another state
I messaged them and they kept stating it was delivered and I kept telling them despite what the tracking number showed, it did not. The tracking number did have my correct address. They finally said I needed to put in a claim with the logistics carrier and provided the number for the post office. When I called the post office, they shared that the tracking number was showing a different address on their end and in another state despite the fact that I was seeing my address on my end.
I filed a fraud claim with the credit card company and within less than 8 hours, NoraVienta issued a credit. They had no intentions on helping me until I got the credit card company involved. Their email is [email protected] if anyone needs it.
