Website asking for a code before I can withdraw my bitcoin

I sent $268.50 by wire transfer to norbridgemgt.com to invest in bitcoin. Now when I try to withdraw my money it asks me to generate a code and then chat with someone to get it. I tried the chat and I tried emailing [email protected] but nobody responds. I just want my $268.50 back but there is no way to get it out.
